Taking “Customer First ”as our tenet, APJ sets up a dedicated department called “Customer Satisfaction & Quality Department” to focus on the quality, security protection, timely delivery and technical improvements --- the overall satisfaction of all the projects.
Our objectives are:
● To establish confidence that the delivered system will be bug free by the users
● To optimize life cycle cost, including development, operation and maintenance
● To comply with the IT governance, e.g. for quality system, information security & intellectual property protection.
